My endoscopy report says I have: 1) section reveals a fragment of duodenum mucosa with focal denudation. Lamina propria shows chronic inflammatory infiltrate. 2) section reveals a fragment of gastric mucosa with chronic inflammatory infiltrate in lamina propria. Diagnosis-1) chronic duodenitis 2) chronic gastritis 3) no sign of intestinal metaplasia 4) spiral organisms are not seen the doctor advised me to eat light food and prescribed me 2 medicines rbson d and sucrawall and told me to continue it for a month. It's almost 20 days and I still have gas issues so intense that it feels like it has entered my head and my head becomes heavy. Secondly, I have a lot of hair fall and the scalp wears off like the dry skin in winter because of which I have to shampoo my hair every alternate day. Is this connected to the problem above? Please provide me some proper guidance.
